THE ENEMY and JAMES ARTHUR to play OsFest 2013!!
Osfest 2013 takes place Oswestry Showground on weekend of 24th to 27th May 2013.
Coventry band The Enemy and X Factor winner James Arthur have been added to the already incredible and diverse line up for the festivals fourth year.
The Enemy, who have had 3 Top 10 albums and have supported the likes of Oasis, Kasabian, The Fratellis, Ash and Stereophonics. Having played the likes of Glastonbury and T in The Park I cannot wait to see them at OsFest in June. They have long been one of my favourite bands and are going to go down a treat with us festival goers! These three lads make such an incredible sound, and they will get you on your feet. Believe me.
X Factor winner James Arthur will make a great addition to the wonderfully diverse line up. The first real “credible” X Factor winner and a great crowd pleaser is going to smash the OsFest stage. With comparisons to Ed Sheeran and Plan B his phenomenal talent is undeniable.
Acts already announced include JLS, Lawson and Wiley…. You can really see where the organisers are going this year- diverse variety of acts to get a real mixed, eager crowd. This year sees a few changes to the previous OsFest set up, beginning with the fact the main stage is going to be under a huge big top tent, meaning we do not have to depend on the (temperamental) British weather!! There is a smaller capacity as well, at just 5,000 meaning tickets are going fast. If you want to go you need to buy your tickets now, as you’ll be disappointed if you miss out.
• Weekend (camping) £69.50
• Weekend (non-camping) £65.00
• VIP (camping) £129.00
• Day Ticket £34.50

Having been there since the beginning, this will be my fourth OsFest and I can honestly say I cannot wait for this year’s festival OsFest is my favorite way to start the Festi-Season and this year looks set to be the biggest and best yet!
There are so many other incredible bands on the line up and more to be released, but this is just a teaser. I will be giving you regular updates of announcements and “ones to watch” between now and June.
