Take That Announce 2015 tour 8 cities 24 dates details
Take That are to tour again in 2015. They announced the tour during an advert break on the x factor on Saturday night. The now 3 piece band are to play 24 shows across 8 uK cities between April and May 2015. Take That are the most successful live act in the UK. Their Take That Circus Live tour was the most successful tour in history it was seen by 1.04 million people made a profit of £40m. The original 8 shows sold out in 5 hours. an amazing 600,000 tickets were sold in this time.
Take That have had eight Number One albums, 15 Number One singles, sold over 30 million albums, won six Ivor Novellos, eight BRITs and sold over seven million concert tickets.
Take That last tour was the Progress tour in 2011 which included the original line up when Robbie Williams returned to the line up. This new tour will be the first with the 3 piece of Of Mark OWen, Gary Barlow and Howard Dona;d.
The new tour will see the trio play all the largest indoor arenas in the UK accorss 24 dates. It was rumored for a while that the band were going to go back on the road after they announced details of their 7th studio album “III”

Take That live shows are best known for their amazing live production and this latest tour is expected to be just as an amazing spectacle as their other shows. Previous shows have included circus performers, a wall of water, holgrams, giant elephants and aerial stuntmen.

The special guest on the shows will be new star Ella Henderson who charted with her debut single “Glow” and her first album, ‘Chapter One’, reaching the No.1 spot in the UK Charts.

The latest studio album is released on 1st December it includes the new single “these day” which is out on 23 November 2015. This is the first album as a 3 piece.
