The Boss finally confirms 2013 UK and Ireland tour dates Bruce Springsteen
After much speculation as to whether he would return after the now infamous Hard Rock Calling incident, Bruce Springsteen has finally announced a handful of highly anticipated UK dates for his 2013 Wrecking Ball World Tour.
The last appearance Bruce made in the UK was at the Hard Rock Calling festival, where the power to the stage was pulled after Springsteen (joined on stage by Sir Paul McCartney) carried on rocking past the allotted curfew.
However fans will be over the moon to hear news of the upcoming shows. Despite the rest of the dates of the European leg of the tour being announced, the UK and Ireland dates were not confirmed until very recently.
The venues The Boss will be hitting with his E Street band are London’s Wembly Stadium, Glasgow’s Hampden Park, Coventry’s Ricoh Arena, Limerick’s Thomond Park, Cork’s Pairc Ui Chaoimh and Belfast’s King’s Hall (see full list of dates below).
Tickets for the Limerick, Cork and Belfast dates go on sale on the 6th December at www.ticketmaster.ie, with tickets for London, Glasgow and Coventry going on sale on the 7th December at www.ticketmaster.com. They are also available to purchase through Bruce Springsteen’s official website www.brucespringsteen.net.
