Glastonbury Festival Tickets to go back on sale

Glastonbury Festival tickets sold out at the end of last year, but due to cancelled and refunded ticket returns etc Glastonbury Festival organiser are putting more tickets back on sale. More Glastonbury 2011 tickets go on sale on 17th April 2011 at 9am. To be able to purchase these resold tickets you need to register on the official glastonbury website at Glastonburyfestivals.co.uk by 8 April 2011. The Glastonbury Festival takes place on the weekend of June 24 to 26 2011 at Worthy Farm, Pilton in Somerset. The Glastonbury Line Up includes U2, Beyonce, Coldplay as well as Elbow, Fleet Foxes and Friendly Fires.
The glastonbury website said

“The number of tickets available is expected to be quite limited, because these are returns, not a second batch,” a statement on the festival’s website read. “Tickets will be limited to four per transaction.”

The new Glastonbury Tickets have been made available due to previous purchasers have canceled their passes or not settled the balance of their deposit in the week permitted between April 1 and April 7. Glastonbury Tickets cost £195 plus £5 booking fee.
