Firefly Festival 2011 Cancelled

It’s with great regret that we have to announce Firefly won’t be going ahead this year.
Many festivals have had a tough time over the summer and the organisers at Firefly have decided to regroup and come back in 2012 even bigger than ever!
Rather than run the risk of a less than perfect atmosphere for the festival goers and artists, the tough decision has been made to take this step and hit 2012 with a bang!
Firefly is one of the most unique festivals I have ever come across, and it really has got that extra special something that sets them apart from the rest. Whilst I am really disappointed that it is not going ahead I would sooner they took some time out, then go ahead this year and possibly jeopardise its future.
