Jessie J snubbed by Britney Spears

Jessie J might be the hottest thing in British Pop music by she has been snubbed by Britney Spears. Jessie J has written and performed her own number one single with the song ” Do It Like A Dude”. Jessie J has also written hit songs for huge US Artists including Miley Cyrus, Alicia Keys and Chris Brown.
However Jessie J penned a song for Britney and she rejected it. Jessie J is reported to not be upset about the snub, the irony is she can’t even use the song her self or give it someone else as the song is called “Being Britney”. Jessie J says she wont let the setback get to her and is seeing the positives that she was given the opportunity to write for one of the biggest pop stars in the world. However Jessie J says that her own blossoming career is restricting here chances to write more for other people. Jessie has been quoted discussing the Britney affair saying

“To even have the opportunity to write a song for her is still incredible.
“As a songwriter, I’m still taking baby steps. You have to write 10 songs to get one good one and, realistically, I don’t have time to write 10. It was a good song, though.”
