Green Day come to UK in 2013
Green Day are to play a huge headline concert next summer. The US Punk Rockers will play the Emirates Stadium in London on 1st June 2013 as part of their ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, ¡Tré! World Tour. Green Day release 3 albums in the next 3 months called ¡Uno!, ¡Dos!, and ¡Tré!.
The American rockers are well known for their. high energy live shows, and the concert at Arsenal FC Football Stadium is much anticipated, The 3 piece band are still one of the biggest live acts in the world check out this Youtube video with details of the Green Day UK shows in 2012
The band will play a headline set at the Emirates Stadium on June 1 in support of their new albums ¡Uno!, ¡Dos! and ¡Tré!.
“We are at the most prolific and creative time in our lives,” Green Day stated. “This is the best music we’ve ever written, and the songs just keep coming. “Instead of making one album, we are making a three-album trilogy. Every song has the power and energy that represents Green Day on all emotional levels. We just can’t help ourselves… We are going epic as f**k!”
Tickets for Green Day’s show at London’s Emirates Stadium go on sale from 9.30am on September 28.
Meanwhile, ¡Uno! will be released in the UK on September 24, while ¡Dos! follows on November 12 and ¡Tré! on January 14, 2013.
